1 Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the badibaji platform and all its services. By creating an account or using our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

Badibaji's services are available to adults aged 18 and above only. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Badibaji may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate for age verification at any time. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

• Opening an account or playing games is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age.
• If an underage account is detected, all deposited funds will be returned, but any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors cannot access this site.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• If a technical error or issue occurs affecting a game outcome, the round may be voided and bets refunded.

• If your internet connection drops or a system error occurs during a game, your bet amount is generally kept safe.
• Winnings resulting from a technical error cannot be withdrawn.
• Collusion between players is prohibited. If proven, all associated accounts will be closed.

The badibaji website, app, logo, graphics, content, and software are entirely the intellectual property of badibaji. Copying, reproducing, or using them for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.

• Viewing content for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Badibaji's trademarks and logo may not be used without prior permission.
• Intellectual property rights for game providers' content remain with the respective providers.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing your account.

Badibaji reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Opening an account with false information.
• Multiple accounts detected.
• Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activity.

11 Limitation of Liability

Badibaji is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party failures. Players bear full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through gaming.
